A Good Night's Sleep


Wow last night was the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Being post op lap band I have to admit, I haven't always done things the best I can.
Yesterday I decided to not eat after 7pm... eat or drink and I had know acid reflux episodes! It was fantastic!
A good night's rest is vital to health.

Surveys by the National Sleep Foundation show:

  • Women are more likely to have insomnia than men.
  • More women suffer pain at night than men.
  • Female shift workers suffer irregular menstrual cycles and difficulty getting pregnant.
Stress will rob you of your sleep. Last year was so TERREVIL for me!
I was eyeball level in BAD debt... wasn't making enough money to live on and had not been able to get my regular fills or take care of my health properly....
I also developed poor sleeping habits... I was basically working and coming home and couching it....
Proper nutrition, exercise and rest are Key! I know that now :)
